As an RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist), I take a food-first approach and use behavioral counseling techniques to help you build a healthy, long term relationship with food.
My method includes focusing on the underlying causes of disease, rather than just treating the symptoms, all while respecting your bio-individuality.
My skills and experience allow me to create individualized nutrition plans that include healthy eating and exercise.
